Ballast Housing

  • Rugged, diecast, copper-free (0.4%) aluminum housing with efficient heat sink design for cool operation and long ballast life

  • Durable grey Lektrocote® finish is electrostatically deposited, thermally set, powdered polyester applied to a corrosion inhibiting, pre-treated substrate tosurvive the widest range of harsh environments

  • Mogul base socket

Choice of Mounting

  • Heavy duty covers accommodate rigid pendant, ceiling, wall and 25×F stanchion configurations

  • All covers have four point closure for positive seal

Choice of Optical Systems

  • Thermal shock and impact-resistant glass globes, symmetrical and asymmetrical borosilicate glass refractors, and 19" enclosed reflectors offer complete versatility in lighting design

Reliable, Long-Life Ballast

  • Dependable performance is provided by copper- wound, Class H insulated, high power factor ballasts for Mercury Vapor (MV), Metal Halide (MH), or High Pressure Sodium (HPS)

  • Minimum starting temperature is -20×F for MV or MH and -40×F for HPS

  • Copper windings assure consistent light output and controlled ballast losses over a wide temperature range

KLH SERIES

  • The KLH series is designed for application in hazardous locations as defined by Article 500 of the National Electric Code. IP Suitability. IP 66.
