All covers are shipped with gasket, mounting screws, base and cover assembly and two inserts. The plastic covers are molded of clear or gray UV stabilized polycarbonate for long life in high abuse outdoor installations. Both single gang GFCI and duplex (2-gang double GFCI and 2-gang double duplex for die cast models; single gang GFCI and 1-5/8" round for WP1050) inserts are provided with each model. The 2-gang models provide additional flexibility because the inserts can be rotated 90° or 180° to fit horizontally or vertically mounted single devices or two devices. This also provides for "left hand" or "right hand" applications without removing and switching the two different devices.

Models WP1000, WP1000H and WP1020 are recommended for 16 gauge or lighter cord sets. Models WP1010, WP1010H and WP1030 are recommended for 14 gauge or lighter cord sets. The "jumbo cover" model WP1050 provides protection for a single large cord set (up to 3/4" dia.) for portable spa heaters and other heavy duty applications.

A lockable hasp is provided on models WP1000H, WP1010H; die cast models WP1010MC, WP1010HMC, WP1030MC; jumbo cover WP1050. The hasp accepts up to a .315" (8 mm) diameter shank.
